Meal Preparation Service
It's important for A Second Helping Personal Chef Service to be able to offer you and your family the best priced plan for your meal service.
After your initial free consultation, Chef Janet will discuss with you the type of meal plans available as well as the costs. Weekly, biweekly or monthly service is available.
Chef Janet will shop for the freshest ingredients and quality on the day of your service. You may use your own food containers or choose to have all your meals vacuum sealed (you can purchase a roll of bags and sealer which the chef will use on each cook date).
Standard Meal Service Fees
A meal typically consists of a main course and an appropriate side dish chosen by the chef. All prices below do not include the price of groceries.

Dessert items and extra side dishes are available for an extra fee.
The bill for the groceries will be left with the menu after the cook date.
Before your first cooking day, the Chef would require a $100 deposit for groceries and the complete chef's service fee. The chef would leave a bill for any extra costs such as pantry items, packaging or groceries over $100. At the next cook date you may leave the chef's fee and grocery money on the kitchen counter.
