About the Chef
Chef Janet attended the Natural Gourmet Cookery School in New York City, founded by Annemarie Colbin, where she received her Chef Training Certificate. The program emphasis is on whole foods and grains, organic products whenever possible, a mainly vegetarian menu and a health supportive diet.
Chef Janet interned with cookbook Author/Chef Myra Kornfeld developing recipes. She has worked with Chef Alexandra Borgia as a personal chef. Chef Janet also interned at the Garrison Institute in NY which serves a vegetarian menu to retreat participants.
